Please take notice that a special meeting of the Voting Members of University Park Community Association (“the association”) will take place on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 3pm via ZOOM video-conference {please see the detailed log-in information below}.

Amended & Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
The purpose of this meeting is for the Voting Members of the association to vote on the proposed A&R CCRs. Under the present governing documents, the Voting Members, all neighborhood chairs as of October 1, 2022, are responsible for casting the votes necessary to amend the CCRs. Any lot owner may attend this meeting via ZOOM video-conference.
