Vendor Access: Memorial Day

Dear Homeowners,

Best wishes for a happy and safe Memorial Day from all of us at PBM! The following information may be helpful as you plan your holiday weekend.

Confirm that you have entered all of your guests into the dwellingLIVE system to ensure their seamless entry into our community.
Vendor access on Sunday and the Memorial Day holiday will be restricted to non-construction, service-oriented vendors, including, but not limited to:

1. Any vendor performing work inside your home that will not disturb the quality of life of your neighbors.

2. Appliance, plumbing, electrical or other repair companies, including emergency repairs after hours.

3. Healthcare providers.

4. Food delivery vendors.

5. Housekeepers.

Vendors performing work that will create undue disturbance to residents will not be allowed access to University Park on Sunday and Memorial Day. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Roofing or construction contractors.

2. Pressure washing.

3. Concrete or paving work.

4. Large landscape projects which require heavy equipment and landscape maintenance, mowing, trimming, edging

and blowing.

5. Any other noise-making vendor.

Please remember trash, recycling and yard waste collection will be delayed by one day due to the holiday on Monday.
