About the Initiative

The University Park Landscape Master Plan Team and PBM staff have teamed up to create a long-term Landscape Master Plan scope of work.  The primary objective of this 9-phase plan is to enhance the existing Florida landscape throughout University Park.

Areas of focus include:

  • Update & enhance the visual appearance of University Park.
  • Reduce & refocus landscape maintenance work & costs.
  • Become a community leader in the interests of the landscape best management practices. 
  • Conservation.
  • Sustainability.
